The roadway at the intersection of Seven Sisters and St Ann's Roads in Tottenham is overshadowed by a Network Rail Bridge. Due to network rail failing to net the underside of the bridge pigeons are constantly fouling the roadway and pavement underneath. This results in: · The pedestrian pavement is covered in pigeon droppings, making it extremely slippery and foul smelling; · The street furniture, including the pedestrian crossing controls, traffic lights and crash barriers are covered in pigeon droppings. This is unsightly and a health risk.

Is there any pressure that you can excerpt on Network Rail to resolve this problem?
