Have all those who have undergone a search using a search arch been issued with a record of their 'stop and search' as per Recommendation 61 of the Stephen Lawrence Inquiry

I have been informed by the MPS that it is a routine practice for any person who has been searched to be issued with a record of police action. Not every person who walks through a 'search' arch will go on to be searched although they would still be given a record of police action under recommendation 61 (stop and account).
