Can I just have one last question? That is " you touched on it " about the boundary, the western boundary. As you will be aware, I know, there is huge concern about this proposal, which would split the borough in two. What views have you got on that, and what would your advice be on that? Would you think that we should be considering other options, rather than just this one option, which has been put forward for consultation?

I think the only way to be, when it comes to issues like boundaries, is highly pragmatic, and it is a matter where a lot of listening has to occur. I know that there are people who are not happy with the boundary that has been proposed and I hear from them a fair amount " I have to walk by them every day.

I think as time goes on and the next round of consultation occurs, a lot of these issues will come to the fore and I think you will find that we are all going to be as practical as we can about it. There is nothing to be accomplished by being doctrinaire at an early point.
