Answer for Intimidation

London Buses treats complaints from passengers very seriously. Any case of intimidation is brought to the attention of the appropriate operating company for further investigation and action. In the case of complaints against Revenue Inspectors, this is brought to the attention of the Inspector's line manager for investigation and action. As you will know, the details of disciplinary action taken in such cases is confidential, and a matter between the employee and his/her employer. However, London Buses would expect an operator to confirm that the appropriate action has been taken. .
