Question

When I asked at last MQT if you were satisfied with what you saw at the Bank exercise your written answer was an unenthusiastic reasonably; yet when you were asked about the FBU's criticism on BBC radio earlier this month you defended the exercise more strongly. How do you square the two responses, and what are the concerns at which your original response hinted?

My answers were to two different questions, a number of lessons were learned; that was the point of the exercise. Action is being taken in relation to those lessons. In the circumstances you would not expect me to give details of what is being considered. .
