Answer for Olympics

In terms of transportation, many of the schemes that will support the demands of the Olympics are schemes that were planned before the announcement of the Olympic bid. These have been designed to serve the growing demands of East London. Any additional improvements to serve the Olympics will also be considered in legacy terms, and it is important to match those schemes with predicted increases in travel resulting from the regeneration of the area, both before and after the Games. Over and above this for the games temporary increases primarily in rail service levels will be used to handle spectator travel. .
