Was there any consultation with local people prior to TfL's decision to move the bus stops in Crofton Park, Lewisham? Were issues such as the impact on local businesses and the safety of women passengers considered before the stops were moved?

The bus stop was relocated to enable Lewisham Council to implement road safety measures. Prior to the relocation, London Buses obtained the necessary approvals from the Police and Lewisham Council. Safety and the requirements of passengers are the main considerations when the locations of stops are agreed, and in this case the stop moved closer to the shops. .
