Do you accept the recommendation of the draft London Plan Panel Report that the Plan's transport objective should be to Improve London's Accessibility, backed by policy directions which include minimising the need to travel and the growth of journey lengths, connecting Londoners with employment opportunities, improving access on foot, and increasing walking and cycling?

I am currently considering the panel's generally positive and helpful recommendations on my draft London Plan. In line with the statutory process for preparing the final Plan, my response to individual recommendations will first be considered by Government. They will be made publicly available when the London Plan is published towards the end of the year. .
