Could TfL input and money be supplied to improve the junction arrangements at East Croydon's NLA tower where the confluence of tram, bus, car, cycle and pedestrian traffic is too great for the junction to handle effectively and safely?

TfL has been represented in discussion with Croydon Council in relation to the conditions that exist at this junction. The Borough has advised TfL that some improvements may be taken forward as part of this years Borough Safety Plan Settlement. Additionally, funding for LBI schemes 119, 122 and 123, which use this junction, have been approved.Any such bid would be appraised and prioritised for funding against other competing bids across London. .
