Answer for Decisions during Mayor's Holiday

Answered By:
The Mayor

The major decisions made, both by myself and in my absence by the Chief of Staff by my delegated authority, over the last two months are reported in my last report to the Assembly. They were formally recorded in Mayoral Approval Forms and recorded in my Management Board minutes. Correspondence signed on my behalf has been logged. All these decisions were reported to me on my return. However, many decisions are taken on a day-to-day basis by my Chief of Staff as part of the usual duties and responsibilities of his role and a formal record of these is not kept. .
