I am broadly happy with the approach to consultation, but not complacent. Transport for London recently reviewed how it listens to London. Best value review of statutory consultations on bus services to bus service changes, is in progress. We will shortly agree a minimum consultation standards applying to the whole of TfL. The toolkit will help managers put principles into practice, covering setting objectives; targeting audiences; presenting and distributing information; analysing responses; and providing feedback. We will provide training for managers and staff. Where appropriate, we will bring in outside experts to manage consultations for us. We will also carefully monitor our performance. .
