Question

Lone travellers are often reluctant to use public phones located in intimidating station concourses, which are in many cases poorly lit and contain hawkers and minicab drivers. Would the Mayor therefore follow up his previous commitment to enable Londoner's to have safe trips home by ensuring that coin-operated pay phones are also located on train platforms? .
