Report of the Monitoring Officer

The Assembly is recommended:

(a)  To note the proposed arrangements for meetings of the Committee as set out at paragraphs 4.1 to 4.6 of the report and to note the proposed programme of meetings for the remainder of the 2011/12 year as set out at paragraph 4.4.

(b)  To request that the Police and Crime Committee consults the Assembly before responding to the MOPC on the Police and Crime Plan.

7.1  The Assembly received the report of the Monitoring Officer.

7.2  Resolved:

(a)  That the proposed arrangements for meetings of the Police and Crime Committee set out at paragraphs 4.1 to 4.6 of the report and the proposed programme of meetings for the remainder of the 2011/12 year be noted; and

(b)  That the Police and Crime Committee be requested to consult the Assembly before responding to the MOPC on the Police and Crime Plan.
