The Committee is
recommended to:
(a)
Agree the report: Pre-Budget Report 2011;
and
(b) Agree to recommend to the Assembly that it uses its powers under section 60(1) of the GLA Act to request the Mayor to respond to the recommendations in the report which are directed at the Mayor.

received the report of the Executive Director of

7.2 Resolved:
(a)
That the report: Pre-Budget Report 2011 be agreed;
and
(b) That the Assembly be recommended to use its powers under section 60 (1) of the GLA Act to request that the Mayor respond to those recommendations in the report which are directed at the Mayor.
