The Committee is recommended to:

(a)  Note its work programme, as set out in the report; and

(b)  Delegate authority to the Chair, in consultation with party Group Lead Members, to respond to the Network Rail consultation on the draft West Midlands and Chilterns route study.

7.1  The Committee received the report of the Executive Director of Secretariat.

7.2  Resolved:

(a)  That the workprogrammefor 2016/17 be noted; and

(b)  That authority be delegated to the Chair, in consultation with party Group Lead Members, to respond to the Network Rail consultation on the draft West Midlands and Chilterns route study.
