Minutes:
1.1 In the absence of the Chair (who had given apologies for lateness due to the weather conditions) and the Deputy Chair (who had given apologies due to being unwell) and at the request of the Clerk who opened the meeting as required at 10.00am and called for nominations in accordance with Standing Order 2.1C and D, Richard Barnes AM proposed and Len Duvall AM seconded the election of Roger Evans AM as Chair of the meeting until the arrival of the Chair of BMAC.
1.2 There were no other nominations and so Roger Evans AM was elected as temporary Chair of the meeting until the arrival of Jennette Arnold AM, the Chair of the Committee.
