Our opening hours: parts of City Hall are open to the public on Mondays to Thursdays, 8:30am to 6pm, and on Fridays, 8:30am to 5:30pm.
Our café is located on the ground floor. It is usually open to the public between 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
