We display a number of exhibitions at City Hall throughout the year. These exhibitions must be relevant to London and to Londoners.

As one of London’s most well-known venues, our exhibition spaces are perfectly designed to reach thousands of visitors from a range of backgrounds.

This is an opportunity to give us as much detail about the exhibition as possible, including its purpose and the proposed content.
Include the number, size and construction needs of the items to be exhibited.
The GLA requires a minimum of £5 million cover. Please confirm here that you are including a copy of your insurance document, valid for the dates of the exhibition.
Please provide as much detail as possible, as well as your rationale for the exhibition and why you think it would be appropriate for City Hall.
