We will endeavour to publish the data that we hold that meets our commitment to openness and transparency, whilst recognising the benefits of sharing such data for local people. The government (through the Local Government Transparency Code 2015) recommend that we publish the following:

OPDC Gender Pay Gap Report

As part of the Mayor’s commitment to publish a gender pay audit for the Greater London Authority and it’s functional bodies, the OPDC has produced a Gender Pay Audit report. Our gender pay audit represents the gender pay gap data as at the end of March 2017.

This follows the 2016 Gender Pay Audit report, as at the end of March 2016.

OPDC Ethnicity Pay Gap Report

As part of the Mayor’s commitment to publish this information for the Greater London Authority and it’s functional bodies, the OPDC has produced an Ethnicity Pay Gap Report. Our report snapshot date for the data collection was 1 April 2017.

Freedom of Information requests Disclosure Log

The Freedom of Information Act 2000 gives the public the right to request information held by us and ensures that public bodies are open and accountable. The Environmental Information Regulations 2004 provides a similar public right to access, and relates to environmental information held by public authorities.
