Old Oak and Park Royal Opportunity Area Planning Framework

The Old Oak and Park Royal Opportunity Area Planning Framework (OAPF) is Supplementary Planning Guidance to the Mayor’s London Plan (2015).

The framework has been produced by the Greater London Authority, with contributions from Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation, Transport for London and the London boroughs of Brent, Ealing and Hammersmith & Fulham. It was adopted by the Mayor on 4 November 2015.

What does the framework do?

The framework sets out planning guidance to transform Old Oak, regenerate Park Royal and continue the protection of Wormwood Scrubs.

As Supplementary Planning Guidance to the London Plan, the Old Oak and Park Royal OAPF has a significant influence on planning application decisions in the OPDC area.
