OPDC has received a planning application for the redevelopment of land at First Central, Lakeside Drive, Park Royal, NW10 7HQ. The application is for the redevelopment of the site for residential–led mixed use development involving the construction of 807 residential units and 1359sqm of retail/employment/community space. The development is proposed in 3 adjoining courtyard buildings of between 5 and 27 storeys. The development would include new areas of public realm and play space.

Description of development

Residential-led, mixed use redevelopment of the site to provide three new courtyard blocks, ranging from 5 storeys to 27 storeys in height comprising 807 residential units (Use Class C3), 1359sqm (GIA) of flexible retail/employment/community floor space (Use Classes A1, A2, B1 and D1) with publicly accessible open space, private and shared amenity space; hard and soft landscaping; alterations to existing, and creation of new, vehicular accesses and pedestrian routes; substation; servicing bay on Lakeside Drive, car and cycle parking and associated works.

Public presentation evening

OPDC will host a public presentation event on Thursday 22 June 2017 at 6.30pm – 8.00pm at St Mary’s Church Hall, 25 Brentmead Gardens, NW10 7ED. The event will be chaired by OPDC officers and will include a short presentation of the proposals by the applicant followed by an opportunity to ask questions.
