Request to OPDC for copies of the following documents: 

• The brief issued by OPDC for the masterplanning exercise. 
• The Expression of Interest for £250m of HIF resources as submitted by the GLA to Homes England in September 2017. 
• The ‘5 case’ Outline Business Case as submitted by GLA to Homes England on 10th September 2018. 

Also a request for a copy of the ‘Part 2’ papers to the Request for a Mayoral Decision MD2401 entitled Funding to OPDC to support the Housing Infrastructure Funding Bid, signed off on 10 December 2018.
