FOI - Garden Bridge related communications and Gareth Bacon AM

Information in respect of Assembly Member Gareth Bacon (Bexley and Bromley) on the matter of the Garden Bridge Trust Project.

This is a FOI request for a complete schedule of correspondence, meetings, events and communications between the Assembly Member Gareth Bacon at the Greater London Authority and various parties (listed below) on the matter of the Garden Bridge Project. The relevant parties to be included in the scope of the request related to Assembly Member Gareth Bacon are:-

1. The Garden Bridge Trust and its Trustees, employees and agents - Lord Davies of Abersoch, Joanna Lumley and all other trustees, all the GBT representatives, and their contractors including agents and contractors Heatherwick Studios, Bouygues and ARUP.

2. Lebedev Holdings Ltd., including The Evening Standard and London Live. This should include Owner (Evgeny Lebedev), Evening Standard Editor (George Osborne) and all employees/agents of these organisations.

3. Boris Johnson M.P., Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs.

4. Transport for London and its employees and agents.

Specific Documents that I require:-

 Schedules of meetings (formal or social), with attendees, locations, times and dates and minutes where available.

 Schedule of telephone calls and summary of content.

 E-mails and letter communications, as well as any other relevant contextual information associated with the meetings.

 Details of entertainment and gifts where applicable.

 Summary of decisions made/actions agreed at the meeting/event.
