Jeremy Skinner is interim assistant director for the City Intelligence Unit, which provides economic, demographic, geographic, opinion and other research, intelligence, analysis and advice to the rest of the GLA Group and London boroughs.
The City Intelligence Unit also supports the Mayor’s chief digital officer and the digital transformation of services in the city.
He continues also to lead the growth and infrastructure team, which produced the London Infrastructure Plan to 2050 (2014). He was the lead official on the London Finance Commissions (2013 and 2017).
He has previously worked at HM Treasury, PA Consulting Group and trained as a chartered public finance accountant with the Audit Commission. He studied History at Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge University.
