This report by Amec Wheeler Foster reviews the potential for reducing fine particulate matter (PM2.5) concentrations in London, with a view to meeting the World Health Organisation’s guideline concentration of 10 μg/m3.

It concludes a target concentration of 10.0 μg/m3 in 2030 is achievable if significant action is taken in advance of 2030 at the European and national level, as well as if localised measures are taken to target 'hotspots' of PM2.5 pollution.
