New campaign encourages young people to 'Play On' rugby
The Rugby Football Union along with sponsors O2 have launched a campaign encouraging 16 to 24 year olds to 'Play On' rather than quit rugby when they leave education.
Stopping the drop off in player numbers when young people move from school to higher education and work is a major problem for all sports.
The campaign hopes to boost numbers by retaining 5,500 more young players this year.
