‘Construction Crew’ win International Award
The Construction Crew, which gives local schoolchildren the chance to be a part of the London 2012 project, has scooped an international communications award.
The project, which is run by the Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA), come from schools across the five Host Boroughs and gives the pupils a chance to see progress on the Olympic Park first-hand and to take part in workshops to promote leadership and presentation skills. They won the International Visual Communications Association ‘Experiential Campaign’ award for demonstrating best practice in ethical and inclusive communications.
