London 2012 Open Weekend – 2010 dates announced!

London 2012 Open Weekend enables everyone to share in the excitement of the Games, be inspired, get involved, unleash creativity and try something new.
Following the success of the 2008 launch, London 2012 Open Weekend returned in 2009 to celebrate art, culture, sport, and everything that makes up the London 2012 Games. The three-day celebration featured 800 events held by around 500 organisations across the UK.
Thousands of people enjoyed the chance to do something different, to try something new, inspired by London 2012.
