Everyone gets stressed now and again but if anxiety starts to affect all aspects of your life and prevents you from doing things you used to enjoy, it may be time to take action and get help.
Loads of things can make us stressed, like exams, family or relationships; a little bit of stress is good for us. But if you are feeling stressed without knowing what it’s being caused by, you may need help or advice.
Tips on how to de-stress and chill
