Get help

If you are feeling stressed about home you may want to visit the Kids Health site. It can give you advice on most things - from worries about your parents fighting to getting along with your brothers and sisters.

ChildLine offers a free 24-hour helpline for children and young people in the UK. You can call ChildLine's counsellors on 0800 1111 about any problem, at any time of the day or night. They are there to help you find ways to sort things out, and won't tell anyone about your call unless you want them to, or unless you are in danger. Go to the ChildLine website.

The NSPCC has a helpline that you can phone if you're worried or scared about something. Just pick up the phone and dial 0808 800 5000 or email help@nspcc.org.uk. You can also find lots of good information and advice on their website.
