Good sport
Some people love sport at school - they get picked first for every team and are great at throwing, running and scoring
goals. But even if you're not a potential Olympic athlete, you can still enjoy exercise. Here are some ways to have fun
AND look after your body.
Team up
Do you love team sports like football, netball and rounders? Improve your skills by joining a club, practising (with a
friend, brother, sister or parent), or getting a book or dvd out of the library. Or you could go on a course and wow all
your mates with your skills!
Sporty fun
If team sports aren't your thing, then there's loads of sporty fun you can have just on your own or with a friend. Choose
from swimming, in-line skating, biking, martial arts, frisbee, skateboarding, running or aqua aerobics - and that's just
for starters.
Funky sports
If you'd like to try a more unusual sport, then London has loads to offer, from underwater hockey and wrestling to
trampolining and Tae Kwon Do.
