Move it!
Our bodies are amazing. We can do so much with them - swim,
dance, kick footballs and ride bicycles. It's great to get off the sofa, leave telly, schoolwork and video games behind
and get some exercise.
Regular exercise is a good idea because it:
- helps us keep healthy and resistant to colds and bugs
- makes us feel good about ourselves
- keeps weight down
- makes our bones strong and healthy
- helps reduce stress and anxiety.
