Bullying

What have David Beckham, Tom Cruise, Frank Bruno and Posh Spice all got in common?
Apart from being famous and successful, they were all bullied when they were younger.

If you are being bullied - IT'S NOT YOUR FAULT!

I'm being bullied

Being bullied is a horrible and often frightening experience. It can happen to anyone.

Bullying doesn't just happen at school. It can happen anywhere - on the bus, in your home or on the street.

Don't suffer in silence - always tell someone. This could be a grown-up you know (your teacher/mum/dad/carer) or you could contact a helpline, and talk to a counsellor about what to do. You can ask them not to tell anyone else.

When you tell someone you're being bullied:

  • you will feel better and less alone
  • you can work out how to tackle the problem together.
