Bully Watch London - Are you being bullied or know someone else who is? For help and advice call the Bully Watch London helpline on 0845 338 5072 (11am – 4pm Monday to Friday).

Childline 0800 11 11 - Call this number and speak to a counsellor about anything that is worrying you - including bullying. The line is open at any time of day or night, every day of the year. The person you speak to won't tell anyone about your call unless you want them to.

NSPCC Helpline 0808 800 5000 - If you are worried and need to talk to someone, this helpline provides a listening ear.

Kidscape's Helpline is available at a local rate on 08451 205204. Kidscape is a national charity helping to prevent bullying and child abuse.

www.bbclic.com - This is a really cool site that wants to find out what you think about bullying, how it makes you feel and what you can do to stop it.

www.bullywatchlondon.org and www.beatbullying.org will give you information about what to do if you are being bullied, how to report it and what adults can do to help you.

Txt bullying

If you have a mobile phone, be careful who you give your number to. If you receive threatening or abusive phone calls or texts, save them then tell your parents. The police can, and do, take action. Find out more at:
