Revised Section 106 chapter, Vauxhall Nine Elms Battersea OAPF

The GLA is currently consulting on a revised Section 106 chapter of the Vauxhall/Nine Elms/Battersea Opportunity Area Planning Framework (OAPF). The chapter sets out two tariffs which developers will be required to pay for both residential and commercial buildings, based on the location of the development within the Opportunity Area.
This consultation closed on 25 March 2011.

The revised chapter is based on a development infrastructure funding study which was prepared by Roger Tym & Partners, Peter Brett Associates and GVA Grimley on behalf of the GLA, the London Boroughs of Wandsworth and Lambeth and landowners.
