At the GLA we are committed to making our finances clear, so that everyone can see exactly how we are spending money.
Making expenditure clear
Being transparent about our finances is a key part of open government. We publish regular reports of GLA expenditure: since 2008 expenditure over £1,000 (including VAT), and from summer 2010 expenditure over £500.

Financial regulations
Financial regulations provide the framework for managing the GLA's financial affairs. They govern financial decisions, budget setting and monitoring, financial administration and financial controls.
Expenses and benefits
The expenses and benefits framework sets out how expenses are dealt with at the GLA. It applies to the Mayor, Assembly Members and GLA officers. All expenses and benefits for the Mayor, Mayoral team and Assembly Members are published online.
