Communicating clearly with Londoners
The GLA communicates with Londoners in a variety of ways, to ensure we reach the widest audience possible. This includes:
1. Annual Reports
The Mayor's Annual Report is an annual review of the Mayor's priorities and achievements.
The London Assembly's Annual Report gives a brief summary of the year's work, with details of how to find out more.
2. State of London Debate
The State of London Debate is an annual meeting that the Mayor must hold and attend each year in April, May or June, following publication of his Annual Report. Find out about Talk London, the 2011 State of London Debate, to be held on 2 June 2011.
3. People's Question Time
People's Question Time is a public meeting held twice a year at which the Mayor and Assembly Members respond to questions put by members of the public.

The Fees and charges policy provides information about fees and charges applying to services provided by the GLA.

The Communication and consultation guidelines outline how consultation and contact should be made with the public and stakeholders.
8. Publicity Code
An updated Code of Recommended Practice on Local Authority Publicity, issued by the Department for Communities and Local Government, has been approved by Parliament and came into effect on 31 March 2011.
