If you think you know London – look again! The final week of the Festival sees artists re-imagining London in surprising and ingenious ways!

Miss High Leg Kick

Miss High Leg KickCreating a spectacular journey through an A – Z of famous London landmarks, Miss High Leg Kick presents a theatrical fashion show starring a cast of characters modelling the styles of London in an ultra glamorous celebration of the everyday. Zones 1 to 6, North, South, East and West will be represented in an extravaganza that parodies the excesses of fashion shows - bang in the heart of the real world.

Film maker and artist Richard DeDomenici previews this evening’s glamorous Fashion Bus on the Square with a unique trailer featuring Miss High Leg Kick herself in and amongst the icons and people who have inspired her work!

The Garden of Wonders

The Garden of WondersRevealing London’s public open spaces in a new light, this new show from Spanish dance theatre company Factoria Mascaro is a playful romp through classical garden settings. Featuring living statues, entrancing pools, Father Thames and even London’s very own Eros, a perfect show for a summer evening in the Square!

Co-commissioned by Trafalgar Square Festival and Greenwich + Docklands International Festival.

Festival dates/times

Trafalgar Square Festival 2008 performances will take place in the square from 7 to 23 August on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, starting at 1pm and 9pm.
