Not only are some communities and individuals disadvantaged by where they live, some also experience other forms of disadvantage and discrimination.

The key spatial and land use issues faced by different communities are outlined in the London Plan and this SPG builds on these issues by preparing Supplementary Planning Guidance to help boroughs implement policy 3A.14 - Addressing the needs of London's diverse populations.
