The last chapter in the draft replacement London Plan deals with the nuts and bolts of delivery and explains how progress will be measured.
The Mayor wants to have a yearly monitoring process which is easy to carry out and understand. He will produce an Implementation Plan to describe the key actions that the Mayor and other partners need to do to ensure that the London Plan makes an impact. This will be published each year alongside the Annual Monitoring Report.
