LEAP green procurement toolkit
This was produced as part of a joint EU project completed in 2006 in order to assist organisations to make their procurement more environmentally friendly. The toolkit deals with most aspects of green procurement and supports both procurers and environmental specialists in introducing key management steps needed to make green procurement the rule rather than the exception.
