Biography

Steve has been a Croydon Councillor for Kenley since 2002, is the Executive Member for Safety & Cohesion and up to recently was Deputy Leader of the Council.

Steve is a South Londoner who studied at Brockley Grammar School, who is a lifelong Crystal Palace supporter and an animal lover.

In the 2008 GLA Election Steve nearly doubled the Conservative Majority.

He has a particular interest in crime reduction, as well as protecting our environment and green spaces. Also as befits his background, he has been a keen advocate of social mobility and equality of opportunity.
