Opportunities for businesses

2012 will be a year for business unusual.  Visa Europe has issued a report that forecasts consumer spending in the UK will increase by £750 million during the seven weeks of the Games*.

High street retailers, the hotel sector, entertainment, food and drinks industries, supermarkets, airlines, car hire and other travel sectors will see the most significant increases in expenditure according to the report, with an overall increase in UK residents' incomes of £229 million.

This clearly presents a huge opportunity for businesses all over London, small and large, and across a wide variety of sectors.
