LAHR training

Training resources for social housing landlords.

A range of resources have been developed to help social housing landlords to implement the London Accessible Housing Register (LAHR) accurately and effectively. Two training modules are available below and are free to use.  Each module takes 35 to 45 minutes to complete.

LAHR training Part A - introduces the LAHR and the access categories

LAHR training Part B - focuses on the collection of access information for property surveys

Access information can be collected using the property survey form which is attached below and additional information is available in the attached training manual.
