Alongside the National Affordable Housing Programme, the AHP forms the largest housing delivery programme in the capital.

The AHP in London will provide allocations of over £627m to 60 investment partners to deliver homes for affordable rent and home ownership across the capital from 2011 to the end of March 2015.

The Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) (external website) makes AHP allocations for the rest of England.

Information for providers

The Affordable Housing Capital Funding Guide (AHCFG) hosted by the HCA provides the rules and procedures for delivering homes under the AHP in London. However where appropriate, a London variation is issued by the GLA. Read the London Variations to the AHCFG.
