The Mayor supports the Keep Warm Keep Well national campaign to reduce cold-related illness and deaths during winter. It provides advice and information on how to stay healthy and warm in the colder months.
A large part of the Keep Warm Keep Well campaign is to make sure that elderly people know how to access the financial help that is available to them to heat their homes. There is also advice on flu vaccinations and general information on staying healthy and active over winter.
