A great city is a city which can be calm when and where you want it to be. It's a city where the natural and enjoyable energy of millions of people all living and working closely together does not mean people have to put up with noise pollution.
A great city is a city where you feel at home in your neighbourhood. A neighbourhood that you and everyone around you can thrive in and enjoy.
