33 Boroughs, 33 Shorts, 1 London: Westminster

Join the authors Debi Alper, Jemma Wayne and Tom Bromley for an evening of readings from 33, a unique anthology of London stories.

Join us at the Victoria Library, as Debi, Jemma and Tom read from their stories for Croydon, Barnet and Lambeth. There is a hunt for an urban fox in Stockwell, a Jewish girl struggling to find her identity in Barnet, and an unlikely friendship between an English boy and an Iranian asylum seeker in Croydon.

Published in two volumes, 33 features one brand new short story for each of London’s 33 boroughs. From Havering to Hillingdon, Bexley to Brent. These are stories of movement and change that capture the individuality of each borough and the diversity of London better than any camera.
