"Thank you for your letter of 13 September enclosing a petition presented at the London Assembly (Plenary) meeting on 7 September about the installation of pedestrian crossings at Charlie Brown's Roundabout.

I am grateful to you for raising the concerns of Redbridge residents. Please be assured Transport for London (TfL) is investigating provision of crossing facilities at the roundabout and has developed some early designs for signalised cyclist and pedestrian crossings.

These designs will require further detailed planning and a public consultation, along with relevant approvals.
Subject to the prioritisation of TfL's forward investment programme, construction is provisionally planned for the early part of 2018."
