Byelaws

The byelaws for Trafalgar Square and Parliament Square Garden were made by the Mayor under Section 385 of the Greater London Authority Act 1999 and their enforcement is primarily the responsibility of the Greater London Authority. The byelaws outline a number of activities including those that require written permission or are are prohibited within the squares.
